What is the W.T. Lewis House System? Our House System is a way for students and staff to build relationships, create a strong sense of belonging, and celebrate one another while working together toward success.

Every student is a valued member of one of our six Houses. Throughout the year, Houses will participate in activities, challenges, and celebrations while demonstrating our Bulldog values.

New students to W.T. Lewis will discover which House they will be a part of on Friday, September 4th! We can't wait to welcome them into their House family!

🐾 Brave Bulldogs: Military Student Club

W.T. Lewis Elementary is proud to support our military-connected students through our Student 2 Student (S2S) Program, Military Family Life Counselor (MFLC) services, Month of the Military Child celebrations, and our military student club, Brave Bulldogs!

Brave Bulldogs provides a welcoming community where our military-connected students can build friendships, connect with peers, and share experiences with other students who understand what it’s like to be part of a military family. The club will meet once a month and participate in special activities and events throughout the school year.

🐾 Who Can Join?
Brave Bulldogs is open to all W.T. Lewis military-connected students in grades K–5.

If your child meets the criteria and would like to join Brave Bulldogs and participate in our monthly meetings and events, please click the link below to complete the enrollment form.

IMPORTANT: Brave Bulldogs members must re-enroll each school year. If your military-connected student participated in Brave Bulldogs last year and would like to participate again this year, please complete the form below.

The district will accept up to five (5) parent notes per school year, which may be used to excuse up to five absences.

If your child is absent for a reason that is not considered an excused absence, please complete the official parent note form and submit it to the office within five (5) school days of the absence.

Please note: The district’s official template is required. Copies are available in the office, and the form can also be found on the Bossier Parish Schools website under Student & Parent Resources.
