W.T. Lewis Elementary: W.T. Lewis is collecting canned goods and non-perishable food items until December 13th in support of Bossier Parish Operation Blessing, the parish food bank program. Items needed: peanut butter, canned meats, canned beans, pasta & pasta sauce, canned vegetables, sugar, baby food/formula, cereal, soups, rice, apple sauce. There are bins located at the front of the school for students to drop their donations into. Thank you for helping us give back to our community!

For only $6 you can be a part of the Jingle Bell Jam, which includes a treat, games and dancing! The Jingle Bell Jam will happen during enrichment on that Friday. Forms are going home today! The cost is $6 cash or pay using Schools Cash Online!

The Bulldog Art Club is a place for practicing artists to hone in on their skills, develop their techniques and portfolios, collaborate with other artists like themselves, create bonds with the community through the arts, and learn how to work together through group projects that will beautify the school and community. The Bulldog Art Club is open to students in all grade levels, Kindergarten through 5th grade. Each month will focus on a different medium and complete a different piece of art. The cost for November's Art Club meeting will be $35 per student, which includes all supplies needed & a snack/juice. Each month, a new sign up & registration will be sent out. Any additional proceeds will benefit the general fund, hospitality fund, technology fund & professional development fund. Art pieces are subject to be used for the Bossier Parish i3 Art Expo in February. Selected Art pieces will be kept and stored by Mrs. Mills and will be returned after the i3 Art Expo. November Art Club Meeting Information Activity: Louisiana Oysters Medium: Acrylic Paint on Oyster Shells The November meeting date will be Thursday, November 14th.
